Exploring...

This is the beginning of my exploration with photography - in a serious manner.

I have no idea where this will take me, but I'm excited no matter what because I know I'll be happy. I have a wonderful husband, family, Father and friends. I can't wait to raise children some day. I have a lot to look forward to no matter what course my life takes, and I will enjoy capturing the beauty along with me even if only for myself.

I've wanted to be a photographer since I was 12...so my dad got me my first Nikon, an older 1970's model around the age of 16 or 17 and taught me how to use it. I got saved up, bought myself a newer automatic N60 and took a trip to Europe in 2001 with my best friend after graduating high school.
I took a photography class my first semester of college, but didn't get serious with wanting to pursue the art in a professional manner rather than as a hobby until more recently.
